Global Engagement is the area dedicated to educational design and the development of internationalisation pathways, created to support individuals, companies and institutions operating in complex global contexts.

Our work focuses on building learning ecosystems that connect professional environments and different cultural systems, fostering learning processes that are concrete, sustainable and oriented towards change.

We act as facilitators between worlds that rarely communicate directly, transforming complexity into value.

Instructional Design

We design Instructional Design pathways tailored to the organisational and professional profiles of the participants, with a strongly contextualised approach.

Each intervention is based on:

Teaching is not standardised, but conceived as a strategic tool serving real and concrete objectives.

Between the Academic World and the Economic Sector

Our work takes place at the intersection between the academic sphere and the economic and commercial system.

These two worlds operate according to different logics, languages and timelines. Our role as educators and programme designers is to create functional connections, making skills transferable, encouraging dialogue and building pathways that respond to real needs.

This professional role—hybrid and constantly evolving—emerges from the need to bridge theory and practice, knowledge and application.

Workplace-Based Learning and Learning in Context

Learning does not end in the classroom.
We design training activities directly within work environments, integrating them into everyday processes.

This approach allows us to:

Training becomes an integral part of daily operations, generating change from within.

Internationalisation and Professional Mobility

We support organisations and individuals in internationalisation processes, assisting projects related to educational and professional mobility.

We contribute to the design and planning of pathways that connect training, work and international contexts, including initiatives related to work visas and investor pathways, developed in collaboration with Green Hills of Umbria. Within these pathways, the educational dimension plays a strategic role in supporting long-term integration and sustainable development.

Study Abroad in Umbria

Language, Culture and Italian Life

Our Study Abroad in Umbria programme was created with the aim of offering a learning experience that goes beyond classroom-based study. It is a pathway that combines language learning, academic education and everyday life, allowing international students to engage directly with the territory, its history and the people who live there.

For over ten years, we have accompanied university students through a study experience that integrates Italian language courses, interdisciplinary academic activities and opportunities for cultural discovery. Italian is not only the subject of study, but becomes a tool for connection, understanding and active participation in daily life.

An Integrated Learning Experience

The programme is structured to provide a solid and engaging learning experience:

The aim is to guide students through a gradual process: from initial observation to active participation, leading to autonomy, awareness and familiarity with the local context.

Umbria is a region where history, landscape and a strong human dimension coexist naturally, making the study experience authentic and deeply formative. The rhythm of daily life and direct contact with people encourage learning through observation, listening and presence.

Studying in Umbria means living the territory, learning how to navigate, communicate and experience time differently. Students do not move through places as visitors, but live them day by day.

A Project That Grows Over Time

The Study Abroad in Umbria programme is built on long-standing academic partnerships and a project developed over time. Each edition renews a journey shaped by experience, personal growth and lasting connections.
