Eleven students of art history from the universities of Halle, Leipzig and Frankfurt will participate in the Study Abroad program directed by art historian Mattias Quast,
president of the Amphitheatrum, which offers programs specifically in Spoleto.

This integrated program includes an introduction course in the history of Italian art which encompasses a tour of the main Umbrian cities and the capital.

Artelingua enhances this experience with a specifically designed Italian language course, coordinated by Dr. Elisa Bassetti, an expert in teaching Italian as a foreign language.

This Study Abroad program from Germany is sponsored by the Foundation Antonini of Spoleto and is one of the most unique opportunities in promoting Spoleto abroad, as well
as encouraging longer stays immersed in Culture, Art, and now Language.
